Privacy Policy

How Wilco Liberty Project handles contact information, optional analytics and future monetization technology.

Public browsing

The public website does not require an account. WLP's analytics architecture is disabled by default in the current release.

Optional analytics

If analytics are enabled in a future release, WLP intends to use privacy-minimized measurements to understand page views, navigation, document downloads and outbound-link use. The site architecture is designed so analytics can be disabled centrally and, when configured for opt-in consent, will not start until a visitor allows it.

The analytics layer is configured not to collect URL query strings or send a full referring URL by default. WLP will update this policy before enabling any materially different analytics practice.

Contact and tip submissions

Information voluntarily submitted through the contact form may be used to respond to the sender, evaluate a tip or conduct research. Do not submit information you do not want WLP to receive.

Advertising and support

Advertising and reader-support integrations are disabled in the current release. If activated later, relevant disclosures and this privacy policy will be updated before or at activation.

Third-party links

WLP articles and source pages link to outside websites. Those sites operate under their own privacy practices.
